Revised Public Consultation on the Draft Tariff Provisions
A revised version of the present public consultation is hereby published, following corrections and restructuring of specific tariffs included in the draft. In particular, amendments are introduced to Tariff 4, Tariff 5 is abolished and its subject matter is incorporated into Tariff 4, Tariff 6 is abolished and incorporated into Tariff 7, while corresponding adjustments are also made to Tariff 7. In all other respects, the content and terms of the public consultation remain unchanged.

Heraklion Port Authority S.A. hereby launches a public consultation on the draft “Tariff Provisions and Regulations for the Provision of Port Services”, which concerns the fees, charges and consideration applicable to the use of port infrastructure, facilities and areas, as well as to the provision of port services within the Port Zone of Heraklion.
The public consultation is conducted in the context of transparency, equal treatment of port users and the rational organisation of port operations, in accordance with the applicable institutional framework and the Concession Agreement ratified by Law 5126/2024.

Tariff Provisions and Regulations for the Provision of Port Services
Upon completion of the consultation process, all submitted comments will be reviewed by Heraklion Port Authority S.A., and the final text will be submitted for approval to the competent bodies. It is clarified that the above text constitutes a draft and does not produce binding legal effects until its final approval and entry into force.
